The Feasts of St Peter and St Paul on June 29 will witness three young Catholic priests being ordained for the Archdiocese of Brisbane – Minje Kim, Gerard Lai and Isaac Falzon. This is a very special time for Minje, Gerard, Isaac, their families and the church. The vocation journey to the Catholic Priesthood is not easy, and a road that is certainly less often travelled. Each of these young men have spent seven years on their formation journey; praying, reflecting, discerning and falling deeper in love with God and His call in their lives. We were lucky enough to catch up with each of them ahead of their priestly ordination, and they openly shared their feelings about how excited they were to live out this mission as priests for the Catholic Church.
