TB12 Home Turf Series Workout #12: Upper Body Power

Everyone loves a good upper body burn, so we’re bringing you six of our favorite upper body exercises in a grueling circuit for this week’s TB12 Home Turf.

Anyone who has trained with resistance bands will tell you that there’s no better way to challenge your upper body to develop explosive strength and improve your range of motion. Today’s circuit combines classic TB12 exercises that target your chest, back, shoulders, and arms – as well as your core and glute stability – to give you a demanding upper body workout! Here’s what we have for you today:

-High Plank
-Band Resisted Push Up
-Squat to Row
-Alternating Arm Punches
-Split Squat Row to Press
-Lat Pulldown with Foot Fire
