New Delhi, Dec 31 (ANI): Indian Air Force Chief Arup Raha who retires from his office today, visited the Amar Jawan Jyoti and paid tribute to the slain soldiers in the national capital. He will be succeeded by Air Marshal B.S. Dhanoa, Vice Chief of the Air Staff and a Kargil war veteran. Outgoing Air Chief served as the 21st Chief of the Air Force.
