This is our first attempt to make crispy medu vada in our village. As we don't have much knowledge and experience in this field. We just referred few videos in you tube and tried this recipe. we are really happy that we did it and the taste of indian donut is very yummy and delicious. Even now also we couldn't believe that we made this spicy donut with our own efforts. Now we got confidence and definitely next time we will correct all our mistakes in our future videos and make donut with the same texture as we eat in theater.
