The in-camera session of the National Assembly has started, which is chaired by Speaker Raja Pervez Ashraf.

On this occasion, all except the employees of the National Assembly Secretariat have been sent back from the Parliament House.

According to sources, apart from members of the National Assembly, ministers and advisors, Army Chief General Asim Munir and DGISI General Nadeem Anjum are specially participating in the meeting.

Sources say that in the meeting, the military officials will give a briefing on the internal and external challenges facing the country's security.

In this regard, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif says that an in-camera briefing will be given to the National Assembly today, and the members will be able to ask questions if they wish.

He said that absolutely nothing will be done to make the situation worse but efforts will be made to improve the situation.
