Hi everyone! In this vlog I will be taking you to Kuusijärvi, a recreational place in Finland surrounded by beautiful nature. It’s one my favorite place to go to calm and relax when life gets too hectic and stressful and practice mindfulness in nature. Taking long walks is my favorite fitness activity and I am lucky to live in Finland with it’s vast unspoiled nature where spending time outdoor regardless of the season is part of day to day life.
