In my culture, there is a saying, “Vasudha ev kutumbakam”, which translates to “The entire earth is my family”. If we see the whole world as our family, there will be mutual respect and we would have better relationships cross culture and within societies. Exchange stories with each other to expand your horizons and multiply your perspectives, so that we all can co-exist peacefully and leave a happier world to our next Renu Swamy is a graduate student at ETSU in Communication and Storytelling Studies. She is an actor, singer, and a voice artist by profession. Renu speaks seven languages and has lived in India, England, and is now living in the US. She also has a diploma in motion picture production. Renu likes to spend her time learning new languages and cultures.
