Palabok Sauce
1/2 kg Squid (or shrimp)
300g Ground pork/chicken/beef
3 tbsp Tinapa or Tinapa flakes (pan toasted)
1 tbsp Peanut butter
2 pcs Shrimp broth cubes
1 pc Chicken broth cubes
1 tbsp Powdered seasoning
2 tbsp Patis (Fish sauce)
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 Whole garlic (chopped/minced)
1 Large onion (chopped)
1/4 cup Achuete seed or 1 pack Mama Sita's Annatto Seed Powder
1 1/3 cup Cornstarch (dissolved in 2 cups water)
1/2 pack Cream of mushroom soup (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
1.8L Hot water (for dissolving annatto/achuete seed)
1/3 cup Cooking oil (for frying)
1/2 kg Pansit Bihon (or Pansit Malabon noodles)

Garnishing
5 boiled eggs (sliced)
1/3 cup onion leaves (chopped)
1 whole lemon (sliced) or 12 pcs calamansi
1 pack Chicharon (crushed)
(You can also add sautéed shrimp and fried tofu)
