In hazbin hotel one of the main cast members is a cat called keekee. But what is her lore?

Keekee is charlie’s pet cat who was seen once or twice in very old fanart and on the shows poster. She can’t speak and is the only main cast member to not be a demon. The fact she’s a floating cat also reminds me of the cheshire cat from viv’s old cancelled allison project.

Charlie has two goat bodyguards that were stuffed animals her dad brought to life called razzle and dazzle. KeeKee is very similar in that she’s likely a key that Charlie or lucifer brought to life as a kind of mascot to keep charlie company.

This explains why keekee wasn’t present in the hazbin pilot. She was in charlie’s pocket as a key, and transformed during episode 1. I hope we see keekee interact with angel dust’s pet piglet fat nuggets.
