In 2009 I received my 200+ hour yoga certification through YOGA OPTIONS in Chicagoland. Shortly after I took several other certification, in PILATES MAT, Prenatal Yoga, THAI YOGA Massage and PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER. I love Yoga and teaching it to as many people I can reach. My passion for teaching shows in my local Yoga Classes I teach several times a week. I believe Yoga is a must for everyone to stay strong, flexible and aging gracefully. Anyone can learn yoga, with the right instructor and love for the movements.
