Everyone has their personal reason to work hard every day. Here is mine:

Growing up, working hard was embedded into my mindset. When I was about 9 years old living in Lemoore, California, my siblings and I used to work in the garlic fields as immigrant workers during the hot summers. After crossing the border from Mexico, we did whatever we could to help our family survive and pay the bills.

My siblings and I would often work two or three jobs a day along with working in the garlic fields.

Today I'm extremely proud to share a short mini-documentary highlighting my family's story. I hope this inspires you to remember why you work hard every day and also share your story.

From growing up in a tiny village in Mexico with a stutter to becoming a nationally-ranked top real estate broker and speaker, it's been a long road.

My experience in the garlic fields definitely shaped my character and plays a crucial role in motivating me to work hard for my family and my community every single day.

The best part is that I'm just getting started and the journey is far from the end!
