How Michael’s Portfolio Has Been Affected by the Pandemic Luckily, Michael has not had any devastating issues with his portfolio during 2020. None of his tenants have experienced job losses, and most were able to keep up on rent throughout the pandemic. For those tenants who have fallen behind, Michael was able to work with them until they received relief from government programs or charities. Why Michael Recommends Working with a Full-Service Real Estate Company As an investor who has purchased rental properties on his own as well as with a full-service real estate company, Michael has a clear preference.
