Just because someone’s a licensed therapist does not necessarily mean they are informed and educated about narcissistic abuse or toxic relationships. A vast majority of mental health workers don’t have this specialized knowledge, education, nor personal experience. Oftentimes, the Scapegoats and Black Sheep of the Family have far more knowledge than anyone else. Today, may you know that you deserve emotional support and to heal. ♥️
