So I did something crazy - for 30 days I did a 108 Surya Namaskars, everyday. One hundred and eight Sun Salutations I did every single day, for 30 days!

WHY did I do this? (Did I lose my mind?)
WHAT happened to my body when I did this? (Did I lose weight doing surya namaskaras? Did I become fitter? Did my tummy become flatter?)
HOW did I manage to not fall apart?
WHAT lessons did I learn from this?
WILL I do this again?

So many questions, all answered in this video.

I tell you exactly how I managed to do this seemingly impossible feat.

I also tell you what I learnt from these 30 days, and oh boy, did I learn some incredibly important and amazing life lessons from this whole experience!

I will show you the physical changes in my body doing this challenge - how much weight I lost, how many inches I lost - you can see the difference for yourself in the before and after pics.

DO NOT try to do this at home! Do not try to jump straight to doing a 108 sun salutations after watching this video!

Listen to your body, understand what works for you and what doesn't.

If you do want to do a 108 surya namaskar, build up slowly to that number. Take advice from a yoga teacher. Do not overexert yourself at any point.
