Princess Jasmine is INDIAN! How do people think she's Arabian!? Disney made some HUGE mistakes while researching this movie and I'M HERE TO EXPOSE THEM! Take a walk with me...

For those who care, here are some of my points ~

•Their palace has Hindi inspired designs.
•Her Tiger is a Bengal tiger which is found in Bengali. Neither Bengali nor the Hindi region are set in desert locations.
•Abu is supposedly created based off of a Capuchin monkey, which is indigenous to south America.
•Iago is a parrot inspired by the Scarlet Macaw which is indigenous only to Mexico and South America.
•The Market and town scenery has a Turkish setting.
•The Merchant trying to cut her hand is representative of sharia law.
•The hats Aladdin and Abu wear are reminiscent of the hats Jewish people wore in that time period. Although his vest and pants are straight from Ali-baba.
•The title of Sultan is used more in Indian Hierarchy while that for Arabians are Sheiks.
•The head piece that the Sultan wore matches the head piece that the Sultans wore in Oman. From the Al-Sa'id dynasty in the Arabian peninsula.
