The integrity of democracy must never be taken for granted.
That's the view of the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Mosotho Moepya.
He was addressing political parties and independent candidates at the signing ceremony of the Electoral Code of Conduct ahead of next month's National and Provincial Elections.
Moepya also called on all those participating in the elections to ensure that they are tolerant of each other and adhere to the Electoral Code of Conduct. Political analyst Asanda Ngoasheng now joins us via video link to weigh in on Cape Town demographic changes ahead of the elections.
