Foot Exercises for Strength, Flexibility, Pain Relief, Ankle Mobility, Flat Feet and Balance

Follow along with Tom with the best foot exercises we’ve accumulated over the years and build a strong foot foundation that you can rely on to support your training.

If there are any exercises you really struggle with, take a note, and aim to practice them daily.

Outside of that, if you are having issues with your feet, try to do this full follow along around twice per week until you notice a change in how your feet & ankles feel, and in how easy you find the exercises.

If you have strong feet it will have positive rippling effect on your ankles, knees and hips, giving you more stability and confidence in everything you do. As weird or boring it may seem, if you want to be able to move well then work on your feet.
