Η Νίκη Μαρκογιάννη γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα το 1951 και φοίτησε στην Σχολή Μωραΐτη και στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου. Απέκτησε ειδίκευση στην Νευρολογία-Ψυχιατρική, με εξειδίκευση στην οικογενειακή θεραπεία και θεραπεία ψυχοσωματικών νόσων.
Η μακρόχρονη επαφή της με τα άλογα και η διαρκής ανάγκη της για εξεύρεση αποτελεσματικών μεθόδων για την θεραπεία των ανθρώπων, την οδήγησε να εξειδικευτεί στην μέθοδο αυτογνωσίας-προσωπικής εξέλιξης-ψυχοθεραπείας με την βοήθεια των ιπποειδών (EAGALA). Πριν 12 χρόνια ίδρυσε με την ιππίατρο, Δανάη Μαρνέρη, την Ιππόλυση (ίππος-λύση , το άλογο δίνει λύση) φέρνοντας στην Ελλάδα αυτή την μέθοδο. Είναι διεθνής μέντορας της μεθόδου την οποία εφαρμόζει με πιστοποιημένη ομάδα εθελοντών βοηθώντας άτομα/ οικογένειες και οργανώσεις/ εταιρείες στο δρόμο της προσωπικής/ εταιρικής εξέλιξης, λειτουργικότερης επικοινωνίας και ανάπτυξη της συναισθηματικής και κοινωνικής νοημοσύνης.

Niki Markogianni was born in 1951 in Athens. She studied at Moraitis School and at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where she studied Medicine. She specializes in Neurology and Psychiatry and more specifically in family therapy and in treatment of psychosomatic diseases.
Her long-term contact with horses and her constant need to find effective methods for the treatment of humans led her to specialize in the method of self-knowledge - personal development-psychotherapy with the help of equine (EAGALA). Twelve years ago, he founded Hipplysis with the equestrian Danae Marneris (ippos (horse) - lysis (solution), the horse gives a solution) and together, they brought his method to Greece. She is an international mentor of the method which she applies with a certified group of volunteers and helps individuals/ families and organizations/ companies on the path of personal/ corporate development, more functional communication and development of emotional and social intelligence.
