Sensei James performs one of his favourite Kata, Chatanyara Kushanku form the Shito Ryu Style. This is a competition version so you may see slight adjustments to the Kata. Sensei James has trained this Kata for 20 years & performed it at the WKF World Championships, Austria. The event he placed 7th in the World.
