Hey Everybody, hoping on here to show you how simple it is to create a healthy recipe like this one. I recently read Jim Kwiks book, Limitless, and it was fantastic I highly recommended! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe.
☕️Ingredients for drink: •2-inch piece of ginger •2-inch piece of turmeric •4 cups filtered water •organic green tea •1/2 lemon, juices •Dash Black Pepper •Honey(optional) 📖Directions: 1. Place turmeric, ginger, and water in small saucepan. 2. Bring to slow simmer (medium heat). Add green tea and simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, dash of black pepper, and honey (if using). 4. Strain and serve hot.
