Creating a Morning Brain Tonic | Limitless - Jim Kwik

Hey Everybody, hoping on here to show you how simple it is to create a healthy recipe like this one. I recently read Jim Kwiks book, Limitless, and it was fantastic I highly recommended! I hope you guys enjoy this recipe.


☕️Ingredients for drink: ⁣

•2-inch piece of ginger⁣
•2-inch piece of turmeric ⁣
•4 cups filtered water ⁣
•organic green tea⁣
•1/2 lemon, juices⁣
•Dash Black Pepper⁣
•Honey(optional)⁣

📖Directions:⁣

1. Place turmeric, ginger, and water in small saucepan.⁣

2. Bring to slow simmer (medium heat). Add green tea and simmer for 5 minutes.⁣

3. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, dash of black pepper, and honey (if using).⁣

4. Strain and serve hot. (Avoid eating for 20 minutes after drinking this tonic)⁣
