Things to notice:
There is no singular correct way to hit a backhand but there are certain "non-negotiable" elements needed to produce a good stroke. Each player has their own nuance about their swing such as how far they take back the racket or their grip which is what makes tennis so interesting as no 2 players are alike and each have their own unique characteristics.

Not only can we see the little differences each player has in their swing, but we can also see some fundamental "non-negotiable" elements each player has including: Their split step timing, initial shoulder turn, weight transfer from outside leg to inside leg, swinging from low to high through the contact point, head still at contact & following through with hands around shoulder height.

Also notice the different footwork placement on deep and short incoming balls as well as on the double vs single handed backhand.
