Don't panic!

Trust me when I tell you that the first thing most people do what they suspect their partner is pulling away or growing distant is -

They try to pull them back as hard and fast as possible.

And what this usually does is it freaks the other person out.

It's what I call relationship whiplash...

Maybe you just feel ignored.

Which is another kind of loss of attention.

And it feels just as bad!

But the worst thing you can do is to panic and overreact in the process. It's a classic overcorrection.

Like when you realize you're starting to veer off the road when you're driving and you swerve back on too fast.

It's too abrupt...
