It's easy to denounce Thomas for his moment of skepticism, but it’s important to let children know that they might sometimes have doubts, and that is acceptable. Jesus walks with us in our doubts, and will help us to have faith. We can call on Him for support and know that faith is believing without sight! These crafts are based on the second half of John 20. A simple bookmark reminds us that “these things are written so you may believe.” A “wind of the spirit windsock” celebrates Jesus breathing on the disciples. And “seeing eye binoculars” remind us to trust in things, even when we don’t see them physically.
