The adjustable cooling fan maximizes your comfort by keeping you cool throughout your workout. Also stay entertained by listening to your favorite music, thanks to the in-built dual speakers that come with an audio jack to connect your device. With the Spirit XT385, you can vary your workout intensity by varying your speed from 0-12mph and incline from 0-15%. That way you can push your limits and stay challenged. The XT385 is also convenient in terms of control through the remote adjustment keys that are located on the handlebar. This allows you to easily and quickly change your speed and incline without having to let go of the handlebar. The Spirit XT385 comes with a SPIRIT FIT App that you can access via Bluetooth and easily control monitor, and record your workout statistics. The 7.5" blue backlit LCD on the console also displays important information like your speed, distance covered, and calories burnt. This also helps you track your progress, keeping you motivated during every workout.
