Are you searching to transform your body without weights? If the asnwer is yes, here you have
12 weeks of bodyweight workouts gaining muscles and shredding fat. Workouts and tips for mastering
the basic exercises like Push Ups, Squat, Lunge, Plank and Burpee are featured as part of this plan.

Beginner level without equipment.
-3 workouts per week
-short workouts but intense (for busy people)

Day 1 Workout 1
Day 2 Rest Day
Day 3 Workout 2
Day 4 Rest Day
Day 5 Workout 3
Day 6 Rest Day
Day 7 Active Rest

The suggested schedule is flexible. Feel free to do the workouts and day you like. Just don't have
more than 2 days of pause between 2 workouts.
Active rest is important for muscle recovery. On this day choose any activity such as walking, swimming etc.
