✏︎ Geranium is the only 3-star Michelin restaurant in Denmark, and perhaps also the best one. Internationally it is currently rated the 19th best restaurant on earth. For this very valid reason we were exceptionally excited to experience this marvel of a restaurant.

We had more than 16 courses along with with a wine and juice menu that accompanied each other perfectly all the way through. Everything about Geranium is heavily thought through. Nothing is left to chance, which made the experience qualify as bucket list material.

This is a restaurant you go to if you appreciate art, aesthetics, and trying food you never knew existed. For us it was incredible to taste food with textures we had never tried before. It was a whole different world, and something that would make any person a fan of the fine dining industry. Because while the whole thing was 850€ for the two of us, it was almost five hours of mouth watering, phenomenal cuisine that is literally out of this world.

It was every penny worth.
