Will Rolex release a new model of the Submariner? Yes they certainly will. Will it be this year, at the 2020 Basel World watch fair? No body knows, but why does it matter? If you want a Submariner, and have the opportunity to get one now, do it. There's no point in waiting to buy one, just in case a new model comes out, if you really want it.
