It's been a about a year now that we've heard rumor after rumor about Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith separating, but now, Jada is speaking out, insisting the rumors are not true.
She tells French Magazine Gala, "Every year, one celebrity couple is under the microscope. This year, unluckily, it's us! I almost want to say that we should have been expecting it."
One of the primary reasons why people were speculating that the couple was headed for splitsville, is because they spend so much time apart-- But Jada explained the whole thing, saying, "I travel a lot because of my work, just like Will does. ... But our lifestyle hasn't changed. Before we had the kids, we were already far away from each other quite often because of separate projects."
And as for that pesky rumor that Will and Jada were shacking up separately? Well, she says, "That's ridiculous. We've always lived together."
Up next for the power couple? We'll see Will in Men in Black 3 on May 25, and he's working on the new M. Night Shyamalan flick "After Earth" where he'll costar with their son, Jaden Smith.
Jada is hitting the road this summer with their daughter Willow Smith, who's heading out on a concert tour.
