In this video, I talk about how my I got my official diagnosis or ADHD and depression from my psychiatrist.

While it was apparent to my doctor that I had ADHD and depression, she was more concerned about treating my depression first. Treating ADHD would take a back burner for a few more weeks while she assessed me.

My doctor also wanted to make sure my heart was healthy enough to take stimulant medication before she would prescribe it to me, because of me being so overweight.
