Tempeh is another fermented soy product originating from Indonesia. Similar to natto, it is an acquired taste, and may require some getting used to.
In this video, I’d explain how to prepare tempeh as well as its health benefits. Due to its fermentation, tempeh is much easier to digest than tofu and other soy products, and is widely considered as one of the healthiest soy products available.
