The digital age is here... and as we embrace at times, adapt at times, to this new era, let's remember that we have a whole life outside of technology. Having gone through an eye opening experience, I decided ti bring the attention to digital detoxing and taking breaks from technology. Jana Shalakhati is a junior at Safir International school.
