In the final week of the 1963 NFL season, the Chicago Bears needed a loss by the Green Bay Packers against the San Francisco 49ers to officially clinch a playoff spot and advance to the 1963 NFL Championship against the New York Giants. And Bears president George Halas Jr. was so not entertained at the thought of this happening that he delivered a hysterical press conference for the ages that still lives on 60 years later.
