Scotch Eggs cheekyricho Tutorial

Scotch Eggs are an old fashioned family favourite, great for picnics and lunch boxes, eat them hot or cold, they are very easy to make and our version uses lean meat so its healthier too. Goes perfectly with our spicy tomato relish. We do hope you give it a try.
INGREDIENTS:
450g very lean minced meat we used pork but any lean ground meat will do.

6 hard boiled eggs
2 raw eggs
60g flour
Panko breadcrumbs to coat
oil to fry
