20 MINUTE EXPLOSIVE WORK OUT

1. 50 Squats

2. 20 Hindu Push Ups

3. 15 Burpeas

4. 20 PushUps with alternating Knee Tucks

5. 40 Alternating Step Ups

6. 30 Second Planks with Hip Trust

7. 50 Squats

8. 20 Hindu Push Ups

9. 20 right & left single leg trust
