This has gotten realer than real.

Short story is this:
1. Bodybuilding.com and Jim Stoppani / PhD Fitness are fighting over use of the "JYM" mark, which nobody trademarked in its first two years of use*

2. Jim says he formulated the products and can do as he wishes with it. Bodybuilding claims the exact opposite.

3. Bodybuilding.com is clearly not having any of that, and pre-emptively sued him after receiving a letter from PhD.

4. Jim Stoppani has taken it to GNC

5. Bodybuilding.com is ALSO not having any of that, and is threatening suit against GNC, its franchises, and anyone else who dares sell the JYM products.

This brings us to near-peak drama levels, not seen since the 2012 DS Craze saga. If Bodybuilding truly sues GNC, we'll be at 10/10 on the crazy scale.

So as a CONSUMER ADVOCATE, what's Mike's suggestions?? Sadly, right now, you kind of have to pick sides if you still want to take Pre-JYM.

a) If you still like Jim Stoppani, the #JYMArmy, and want to support Jim, as of September 2017, you're best off going to https://www.priceplow.com/jym?ic=5 and buying at GNC

b) If you still like the PRODUCTS but no longer wish to support PhD Fitness / Jim Stoppani, just buy it at Bodybuilding (same links - https://www.priceplow.com/jym?ic=5). Note that Bodybuilding will make more profits here, as they're undoubtedly not paying Jim anymore.

c) If you're done with the whole stinkin saga, just find something else. Plenty of resources out there.
