Released in 1989, the third film of the Cannonball franchise. A reboot of sorts, cast with contemporary actors of the time. This film bombed so heavily that it was completely dis-owned by everyone that made it. The studio even torched the master copies and it was re-named "Speed Zone" so that it wouldn't tarnish the Cannonball franchise!
