As we have discussed before, Ukraine has needed to ration its use of shells for a few months because European production has taken time to increase and there has barely been any American aid for the last few months. However, we have had some good news in the last few weeks, especially with the Czech-led initiative to buy 800k shells from outside the EU. Today, we have some more positive news to share about shells
