John Neely is a US Army Veteran that is on his way to becoming a journeyman lineman through the Veteran Electrical Entry Program (VEEP).

Quanta Services partnered with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association in 2020 to help grow the outside VEEP program. This is one of hundreds of stories of how this program is changing the lives of our military veterans.
