Schwinn 430 Elliptical Review |
|
Watch this review for the Schwinn 430 Elliptical. Fitness expert, Chee Gates, goes through the motions of this machine.
A big slice of quiet--that’s what this flywheel serves. It never even hiccupped. Add that to its calming, fluid, inertia-powered motion, which relaxed my mind and stimulated my legs at once. It didn’t budge much during my easy strolls. A center post helps keep the piece grounded, and multiple adjustable levelers make sure it sticks closely to the floor. Nonetheless, there was some shaking going on when I turned up my speed and resistance. That effect appears to come from the arms, legs and other joints attached to the frame by numerous nuts and bolts. With those fixtures in mind, I wouldn’t yank and wail away on this machine. Gentle-to-moderate rides might be a better bet.
