In this video I’m going to explain best way of using moving average for stock market and forex market. If you are a beginner as well as intermediate , this video will help you a lot. Moving average is a lagging indicator meaning it gives signals late but accurate. For this strategy I’m going to use 50 period exponential moving average with simple price action like support & resistance and trendline .

Moving average is one of the famous indicator among stock Traders and forex traders because we can utilise moving average in various way .

We can use it for Trend confirmation

For support and resistance

And for Trend reversal.

If the price or candle is above the moving average meaning , market is in an uptrend. And if the price or candle is below moving average meaning, market is in a downtrend.

While up trend moving average act as support and during down trend IT act as resistance.
