Monk Idan's goal is to pass down the knowledge, skills, and practices that have helped him deal with melancholy, anxiety, and other bad emotions.

Many people nowadays feel lost, even broken, as if life has no meaning for them. Worry, despair, and sadness sap vitality and destroy relationships all around the world. The Buddha's teachings, on the other hand, give ancient wisdom and practical compassion that, when actively applied to our lives, can completely transform our world, providing hope, purpose, light, and meaning to places where only pain and darkness previously existed.

Studying, practicing, and integrating the different approaches found in Buddhist teachings, such as meditation, can help people overcome anxiety and other mental health difficulties. Positive benefits are dependent on a variety of circumstances such as the level of anxiety, the amount and consistency of practice, and so on.

Anxiety affects everyone from time to time. It's just a fact of life. When faced with a major decision or challenges at home or at work, we may feel apprehensive. While we have little control over the future, we may improve our positive attitudes and reaction to our emotions to reduce worry and make us more robust in the face of adversity.

Meditation creates a solid link between our internal and exterior worlds. It stimulates the body and benefits all parts of the mind's conscious and subconscious layers.

Being a Monk in Buddhism is a lifestyle that involves the mind in almost all forms of practice. Buddhism is usually known as a spiritual tradition, but monkhood in Buddhism is also a lifestyle that encompasses the mind in almost all forms of daily activities. Buddhism is often referred to as the "science of the mind."
Buddhism encourages people to explore with their own minds to see what works best for them. The concept is that a person can obtain inner calm through this process known as mental training.Happiness, according to Buddhist doctrine, is the result of looking inside ourselves seeing the reality as it is without the labeling of our minds.
