A Writer at Home: Whitney Terrell for Booketology at the Kansas City Public Library

video thumbnail
We recently visited Whitney Terrell to get him to sign a basketball to give away in our Booketology tournament of books. What he didn't know is that we'd be taking our camera inside his office to find out what a working writer's study looks like. Whitney's a nice guy, so he gave us the nickel tour. Then he signed the basketball.

Catch Whitney when the Writers at Work series continues on Thursday, April 26, 2012. He'll be interviewing short story writer and novelist Adam Johnson, author of Parasites Like Us and The Orphan Master's Son. The Writers at Work program is co-sponsored by the Writers at Work Roundtable and the UMKC English Deptartment.
