Tandoori Masala Notes: I use Shan Tandoori masala powder. You can use any brand of tandoori masala. These are available at any Indian grocery store. If you do not have it available substitute with 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala and 1/2 tsp monk fruit sweetener.

1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp tandoori masala - See notes
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt - adjust to taste

1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 cup water
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp monk fruit sweetener
1/2 tsp salt - adjust to taste
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp fenugreek leaves - dried
1 tbsp cilantro - chopped
