We've had an opportunity to fully digest the 2022 NFL Draft and we've got draft grades. The teams of the NFC East went to work and the front runners in terms of best draft grades in the division are the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. The Giants leverage a pair of Top 7 picks to select Kayvon Thibodeaux and Evan Neal in the 2022 NFL Draft. Both considered at one point the favorite to be the first overall selection. Meanwhile, Howie Roseman, the General Manager of the Philadelphia Eagles was wheeling and dealing before, during and after the NFL Draft 2022. They addressed their front seven with a pair of Georgia Bulldogs stars in Jordan Davis and Nakobe Dean and their veteran center Jason Kelce hand-picked his replacement in Cam Jurgens out of Nebraska. The Cowboys and Commanders draft classes weren't as exciting but both teams remained true to their respective boards and seemingly netter players they were particularly high on. Tyler Smith, Sam Williams and Jalen Tolbert were players that had been linked to the Cowboys prior to the draft and Dallas managed to get all three. The Commanders traded down a few slots in the first round to recoup some of the draft capital they relinquished in order to acquire Carson Wentz. In doing so, they wasted no time in selecting Jahan Dotson in the midst of a wide receiver run and added a pair of Alabama standouts in Phidarian Mathis and Brian Robinson on Day 2 of the draft.
