Knee Replacement Exercises - Phase 3

video thumbnail
You're doing great! Follow these exercises in Phase 3 (Weeks 4-6) after a total knee replacement for successful rehabilitation. Learn more about our orthopedic services at http://www.glacialridge.org/services/orthopedic-services/

In this easy to follow video, a physical therapist shows and tells you how to do each exercise. Pause the video when prompted to do each exercise, and then continue. Page numbers provided for each exercise correspond to the knee replacement binder patients receive at Glacial Ridge Health System in Glenwood, MN.

Phase 3 is the final phase of physical therapy rehabilitation exercises. Complete rehabilitation takes time, but you've gained a lot of strength and range of movement since the first day post-op. Keep it up and enjoy all that you can do now with little to no knee pain.
