The Confidence Fitness cross trainer was bought from Tesco and now has been discontinued. It has a clicking noise while paddling.
Phoned Tesco and was directed to the supplier - Shop247. They said they want to get it collected. The machine got sent back from repair and has lots cracks and scratches as well as parts missing. Most of all the clicking sound remains. Kimberley from Shop 247 Customer Service was polite and helpful though.
