This video describes attachment styles. The model described has two constructs that end up being four attachment styles. The first construct is anxiety, so an attachment style can either be characterized by high anxiety or low anxiety. The next construct is avoidance attachment style and can be characterized by high avoidance and low avoidance. The four attachment styles are secure, anxious-preoccupied, dismissing avoidant, fearful avoidant.
