The World Bank revised down its 2023 growth forecast for Vietnam to 4.7% from 6.3%. Despite that, Vietnam is likely to be the next entrant to major emerging market indexes as it benefits from US trade tensions with China, according to Steven Schoenfeld of MarketVector Indexes.
