FAQ:
The grip for longer holding is better with the Kansbol. But Companion is cheaper and is still good. The barrel type Kansbol handle is more comfortable. If you don't mind the guard, like I do, even 546 is good.
For me, Kansbol is better because of the handle. I prefer Morakniv Classic handle style and this is the closest version in plastic and stainless steel.

Is it worth the price? For me - yes.
Both are good knives, but Companion does not feel that well in my hand. I would remove the guard, but then it will float in the sheath. Kansbol has different sheath holding system, so I removed the "rubber guard" to fit my hand better and there is no issue with the sheath.
