Ian observed and learned about Mr HIT Heavy Duty Training Mike Mentzer. Ian learned early on that H.I.T. High Intensity Training was better for hypertrophy (muscle building routines) so he could muscle up for the stage. He won 2x Mr Britain, Mr Europe, a Pro-Am show, and a World Champion! He also met many of his favorite bodybuilders of the time from Bill Pearl to Robby Robinson to Lee Labrada. Ian uses H.I.T. training to grow.
